Within each auction, you can run 3 different types of auctions individually or simultaneously...
  • Online Bidding (All Bids are placed Online)
    • Bidding opens automatically according to the date/time you have set within your items
    • Bidding Closes automatically according to the date/time you have set within your items
    • Items are awarded upon the closing of the bidding. Winners will receive their winners notifications automatically.
  • Online Pre-Bidding followed by paper bid sheets
    • Bidding opens automatically according to the date/time you have set within your items
    • Bidding ends automatically according to the date/time you have set within your items
    • Items are NOT awarded when the bidding ends. Winners WILL NOT receive their winners notifications automatically.
    • Items Do Not show as "Closed" in Item Management. The closing/awarding of items is done manually through Auction End > Record Bids.
  • Live Event (Online Listing Only, Paper Bid Sheets)
    • All final bids will be recorded on the winner's invoice. 

Keep in mind that you cannot run an online bidding and bid sheets at the same time on the same item(s).
