You are able to export Item information along with Bidder, Donor, and Volunteer information. These files are a copy of your data and do NOT remove the data from your system. 

Go to Items > Export Items to download the file. This will give you a CSV file that you are able to save to your device.

You can use these files for multiple purposes. For example, to open the file in Excel and do a Mail Merge in Word. We have attached a link for your convenience on how to use Mail Merge.
