In our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience and provide cutting-edge features, we have introduced a new version of BiddingOwl. The new version has several improvements, including enhanced user interface, advanced features, and improved security measures. 

Starting January 1st, 2024, we will retire the legacy version to create new auctions. While the legacy version will still be accessible, its functionality will be limited to information retrieval only, and bidding capabilities will no longer be supported.

If you choose to continue using the original version until the end of the year, please be aware that all auctions must conclude by that time.

To ensure a smooth transition, please export your auction information from the old version (in the original BiddingOwl, go to the Export functions under Items, Bidders, and Donors) and import it into the new one.

Additionally, please note that you must create a new login for the new version of BiddingOwl. We understand that this might be an inconvenience, but it is a necessary step to provide you with improved security and features.

Our support team can assist you if you encounter any issues or have questions during the transition process.
