Please follow the information below whether you would like to TEST BiddingOwl before your organization commits OR you need to TEST your existing manager account.
If you are new to BiddingOwl, creating a TEST account allows you to set up an account for your auction and create test items for you and your team. You also can create your auction page and custom link, view items, place bids, review outbid and winner notifications, etc. This way you can make sure that our platform fits your needs without obligation.
Just sign up for an account via BiddingOwl.com > Try Us > Create An Auction.
Within your account, it will ask you for your Non-Profit name. Call it <TEST Your Organization's Name>. This indicates to our staff not to inadvertently charge you for anything during your TEST period.
If you decide to proceed with using BiddingOwl for your auction management needs, you do NOT have to start from scratch or create a new account. Contact us to let us know, and we can take you out of TEST to help you prepare for your actual event!
If you have an existing manager account, you can also use this same process to TEST your auction site by familiarizing yourself and/or your team with how the processes work.
Simply go to General Setup > Non-Profit Information > change your organization name to <TEST Your Organization's Name>. This indicates to our staff not to inadvertently charge you during your TEST period.
Once you are done with your TEST period, contact us to help take you out of TEST and clear any TEST data in preparation for your actual event.
